Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age. (21 for armed positions)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 yrs Prior security experience, law enforcement, or military experience.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Training in conflict resolution or de-escalation techniques.
- Familiarity with basic surveillance equipment and reporting software.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand 8-10 hours, walk up stairs, or patrol for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions. (for outdoor posts)
Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle.
- Write detailed reports of daily activities and incidents.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to guests, staff, or clients.
- Enforce property rules and regulations.
